To be a successful applicant for this position, you will have achieved high grades during your studies in your Masters level qualification.
You will be a proficient Revit user, and very confident and conversant with undertaking basic design work, producing drawings, documentation and building consents, under supervision. However you will work as independently as you possibly can, but never afraid to ask questions, to gain direction when you've reached your limit of knowledge, and be prepared to offer an alternative way of looking at something.
You will have the proven ability in using your initiative in researching NZ Standards and the Building Code to provide input into design solutions.
Being ambitious and wanting to progress upwards in your career, you will be mature and patient enough to receive the advice and guidance of more senior professionals to help develop your art and enable you to grow your abilities with your craft.
A suitable applicant will have:
- At least 3 years of continuous experience as a Masters level Architectural Graduate, having worked in the New Zealand work environment
- Very proficient with using Revit Architecture and producing general or detailed documentation and Consents processes.
- Hold a Masters of Arch (Professional) or overseas equivalent qualification in Architecture.
