This practice has been in the industry for over 30 years and have build a reputation around delivering award winning spaces that are delivered in a timely fashion and within budget. Both the practice along with the founding Directors have a reputable name within the industry. They are known for their standout personalities as well as their award winning designs over the years. The Directors at this practice are people you will genuinely enjoy working for both from a personal and professional perspective.
Your new role
As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading a team and running projects from concept through to construction. You will be busy mentoring staff, liaising with clients as well as the council. The projects you will be working are within the commercial and multi unit residential sectors. As you know, the industry is busy right now within the multi unit residential sector. This is a unique opportunity to work for a design led practice who works amongst this sector.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will come from a commercial background with experience within the multi unit residential sector. You will have 5-10 NZ experience with an understanding of either Revit or AutoCAD. Cultural fit is very important for this practice, so somebody who is able to work well with others, take new ideas on board and is open to team building will love this firm.

You will be a part of a tight knit practice with about 20 people - a nice change if you want to move away from a larger practice where you feel pigeonholed.
