Are you interested in residential or light commercial architecture and looking for a move to a well-supported friendly workplace? Are you ready to work in a close-knit team with a broad range of projects? Do you have sound technical skills, knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and New Zealand Standards and the ability to complete fully detailed Building Consent documentation under guidance from a senior?

Qualifications and skills required:
• Ideal candidate will have up to two years’ experience
• Have great time management skills
• Some NZ construction industry experience
• CAD proficiency (preferably REVIT)
• Enjoy technical challenges with a strength in construction detailing
• Proficiency in completion of construction documentation
• Working knowledge of NZBC and NZS3604
• Effective communication
• Have either gained or are working towards relevant Degree or Diploma
• Driver license
• NZ Citizen or permanent resident
