Our division (Design, Working Drawings and Compliance) work closely to ensure a streamlined and efficient process. We require an additional experienced Architectural Technician with minimum LBP 1 Design (or underway to securing) to work within our Working Drawings team and assist in delivering our builds throughout the country.
The role:
- Carrying out architectural drafting of concept designs for residential stand alone, multi unit and high end architectural dwellings for branches all over NZ
- Applying NZS360:2011 and NZ Building Code requirements to architectural plans for Construction and Building Consent purposes using ArchiCAD
- Delivering completed sets of architectural plans to our Compliance Team for Building Consent purposes
- Signing off completed sets of architectural plans as required
About you:
- LBP Design 1 qualified or ability to work toward LBP registration
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in NZ
- ArchiCad experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and self-management skills
- Analytical thinking and eye for detail
