Who is Loyalty NZ?
Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys. In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360. Helping hold all that together is our Technology team.
The role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an outstanding company, on many of New Zealand’s best retail brands. Working as part of an in-house design team, you’ll be creating work for our own brands (Fly Buys, Lab360 and Loyalty NZ) as well as Fly Buys’ participating companies.
We are looking for a super-talented designer to join our in-house creative team for a 12-month fixed term (covering maternity leave). You will be responsible for producing visually stunning and engaging design across a range of mediums – from concept to production.
You’ll be working in a positive and fun environment along-side our Marketing team, who are passionate about what they do and are open to new ideas, views and opinions. You’ll be able to express your creativity and originality in all that you do.
As a designer you are:
- Design degree qualified
- Experienced in print and digital design having worked in an agency or studio environment for at least 3 years
- Competent using Macs and the Adobe CC Suite with an expert understanding of InDesign and Photoshop
- A team player with a positive, engaged, and committed attitude
- Able to think innovatively and creatively to find solutions and are open to new ideas
- Able to take direction and are energised by great design
- Able to juggle and prioritise workloads and work to time pressures
Most importantly you love great design and aren’t afraid to get stuck in and get the work done.
