This is a career defining opportunity for an experienced Architect to join an organisation that will transform and shape the landscape of design and development across residential & commercial building. 
  
Based in the Vietnam Head Office, bringing your knowledge of NZ standards, you will be part of a collaborative team made up of the best designers, developers, architects and project managers from across the globe. 
  
As the led architect & consultant for New Zealand, you will apply your local experience & knowledge to advise the concept & development teams on:
  
* NZ Building Act 
* Design to the NZ Building Code. 
* Council consent 
* Local Council requirements & process 

You will be part of a high growth team that is using the latest technology; it is essential that you are fluid, agile and willing. Being based in Vietnam, you will be open to new experiences, cultures and relish the opportunity to learn from your peers. 
  
You will be a NZ Registered Architect and it is essential that you have a detailed understanding of NZ Building requirements & consents. While based in Vietnam permanently the business is happy to discuss periods of time that you could be back in NZ if required.
