Come and join a fun and relaxed team as Business Administrator, with particular emphasis on book-keeping and payroll.

15 hours per week - ideal for someone returning to work or looking to cut back from full time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reconciliation of payroll and preparation of PAYE
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable & receivable
  • Accrual journals and finalisation of monthly reporting including depreciation
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Administration duties as required

The key skills for this role are:

  •  An excellent understanding of Xero
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access
  • Accuracy and ability to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
