Come and join a fun and relaxed team as Business Administrator, with particular emphasis on book-keeping and payroll.
15 hours per week - ideal for someone returning to work or looking to cut back from full time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reconciliation of payroll and preparation of PAYE
- Reconciliation of accounts payable & receivable
- Accrual journals and finalisation of monthly reporting including depreciation
- Bank reconciliations
- Administration duties as required
The key skills for this role are:
- An excellent understanding of Xero
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access
- Accuracy and ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication
