Customer service/office assistant required for a family run transport & aggregate supply company based at Oruarangi Road, Mangere, Auckland.
We're looking for a friendly reliable person that is confident dealing with customers and is keen to stick around for the long term. Plenty of opportunity to learn and do a variety of jobs in the office for the right person.
Full time, Monday to Friday
- 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
The job includes in priority order:
- Serving customers
- Dispatching trucks
- Answering phones
- Daily stock out checks
- Data entry
- Typing
- Filing
- Various other administration duties as required
This person would require the following attributes:
- Good English - written and spoken
- Will be reliable, accurate, honest and have pride in their work
- A flexible "can do" attitude
- Good computer skills
Important: You must have your own reliable transport as we're not on the bus route.
