Residential Rentals Ltd is a Property Management company with an outstanding record in the industry. We are looking for a positive, outgoing and highly motivated Office Administrator to join our small, friendly and fun team. We move at a fast pace, and have a great atmosphere where we support each other and share our bubbly personalities.

As we truly believe it's important to have a work life balance you will not be required to work on the weekends or after hours. This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in Property Management, and to work with a large number of great owners, tenants and contractors.

What we are looking for in our new Office Administrator:

  • Proficiency in the use of MYOB and Microsoft Outlook is essential
  • High degree of initiative and be forward thinking
  • Excellent planning, prioritising, and administrative skills as well as a strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to communicate to a high standard with a diverse range of people
  • A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
  • Strong administration capability. You have an eye for detail and the ability to follow a process, talking pride in excellent record keeping.
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Knowledge of Palace software is an advantage, but not essential
  • Excellent computer skills and confidence to learn new systems
  • Someone who enjoys working in a tight knit team, where everyone helps out to get the job done

 

The role will involve, but not be limited to:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with our clients and customers
  • Day to day running of the office and administration functions
  • Accounts payable/receivables
  • Invoicing and data entry
  • Support our in house accountant and the management team

 

This role is suited to an experienced administrator who is a team player and not afraid to learn new things.
