The Role

  • Within the wider print industry / manufacturing - this role in similar to an Internal Account Manager in that you will be the key contact for day to day dealings with current customers.
  • Managing orders end to end - means you will have constant contact with your internal team.  From the Account Managers to production and dispatch.
  • Administration, processing orders, reporting and data-entry, communicating via email and phone calls, managing accounts, problem solving and making suggestions.  Full product training will be provided in this role.
  • Being a market leader - innovative, highly reputable and of a med-large size - this is an ideal company to achieve career progression.  If you are striving to become a Sale Rep / Account Manager in 2-4 years- this is the perfect role and company to do just that!

About You

  • Efficient, incredibly well organised and highly productive - you embrace new technology and systems.
  • You enjoy the print industry or want to be a part of it!  However, we will consider candidates from other production | manufacturing-based industries.
  • You are a professional, clear and confident communicator, both by email and by telephone and person.  You must speak English "as if" first language.
  • Analytical and methodical - you enjoy being super busy, while not getting flustered when priorities have to change instantaneously.  
  • You must be an expert on Microsoft Office and CRM. 
  • You know you would enjoy working within a youthful, high energy and social team.
  •  Personable, engaging, self-motivated and a team player.  You will be sharing an open space with others, so it is essential you are indeed a "people person"!
