Ingredients Plus NZ Ltd. is a subsidiary of a privately owned Australian company specialising in the importation and distribution of raw ingredients to a variety of clients within the Cosmetic, Nutritional and Pharmaceutical industries.

Due to the steady growth of the New Zealand business, we foresee this newly created position to be an integral addition to our Customer Services (CSR) team.   

The role is very varied but will include:

  • taking customer calls 
  • processing orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing, raising overseas orders, samples

  • Regulatory/ QA functions

  • Supporting sales staff quotations,  debtors, expenses, etc

  • Working as part of a small, professional team both locally and with our Australian HQ

  • Marketing and telephone sales 

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

  • General office administration experience

  • Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills

  • Professional and friendly phone manner

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good time management skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Self motivated with initiative

  • Desktop publishing, photoshopping experience well regarded
