This large New Zealand business currently require an exceptional Branch Administrator. Reporting to the Branch Manager your key focus will be to ensure the main administration office runs smoothly and effectively daily. This is a busy branch where people are coming and going all the time. You will need to have solid experience within a role where you have been responsible for various functions including administration, accounts and coordination.
This is a full time position Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Due to the nature of the positon you will need to be adaptable and have excellent communication skills.
Duties could include:
- Assisting with Health and Safety administration (minute taking at toolbox meetings)
- General office administration including banking, meeting organisation and events
- Accounts receivable including debtor management
- Accounts payable
- General financial support to the Finance team
- Data input including work orders and timesheets
Requirements:
- Resilience and an ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail with good data entry skills
- Strong customer service skills where outcome focus is important
- Good financial acumen
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
