We are on the hunt for talented individuates to step into some exciting roles we have going around Auckland. Working with some of New Zealand’s, larger organisations to smaller family owned businesses, our clients will provide you with exciting, and supportive working environments.
About the role
If you are looking for a Customer Service role, ranging from Face to Face or behind the phone, we have a variety of positions available that need to be filled! Full training will be given where necessary and ample support along the way. These roles vary from:
- Sales Representatives
- Customer Service Representatives
- Inbound & Outbound calling
- Customer Coordinators
- Retail/Showroom Consultants
Skills & experience
Hard-working, motivated and pro-active are key to these roles. Experience is beneficial, and always wanting to exceed customer’s expectations, whilst providing first class customer service – Along with:
- An excellent polished phone manner
- Being a team player, ready to help wherever you can
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Solid experience with the Microsoft Suite
- Able to adapt to different environments
