We are looking for a part time medical receptionist who is certified as a medical technician to start ASAP!
Your new company
Our client, a leader in their industry is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join their team on a part time temporary basis. There is one doctor on site and you will be be responsible for providing medical reception cover as well as the duties required of a qualified Medical Technician.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting visitors and providing a friendly, personable experience for each visitor
- Answering incoming calls
- Liaising with medical staff
- Invoicing and receipting
- Managing patient records
- Booking in patient appointments and helping to manage Dr's schedules
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience working as a Medical Technician and Medical Receptionist
- Experience with medical terminology
- Quality and responsive customer service
- Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information

- Monday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Tuesday to Friday 12.30 to 4.30pm.
