Due to a number of internal promotions, we are looking for experienced Contact Centre or Phone Based Customer Service Representatives to join our team. With NZ Safety Blackwoods being the leader in industrial and safety products and services in Australia and New Zealand we are a busy hive of activity and are going from strength to strength.

Located in Petone, the Customer Care team is a pivotal part of the business; we are the centre point between our sales team, our distribution centers and our customers, ensuring that the right product gets to the right customer, on time.

As the voice of NZ Safety Blackwoods you will require

• Stable Contact Centre / Phone based Customer Service Experience
• A positive, glass-half-full attitude
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
• Solid computer skills – CRM experience is helpful
• Organisational skills and the ability to juggle many tasks at once

You’ll be taking orders and queries by phone, email as well as enquiries from our website so your day will be busy and varied.
