Customer Services Representative

ALPAC is the manufacturing division of APL Window Solutions and is a leader in fabrication, manufacture and processing of products for the aluminium joinery industry. 

We are currently expanding our Customer Services Team and have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join our supportive crew. 
Duties will include:

• Processing and entry of customer orders
• Establish and maintain quality relationships with all customer groups through friendly, professional and positive daily interactions
• Creating regular reports on the KPI’s for volumes, quality, workload and service indicators
• Obtain and provide a high quality of product advice to customers and consumers as required
• Answer customer enquiries and update customers on progress, problems and solutions relating to their specific orders

This role has huge potential to grow and develop and to be successful you will be a natural logical thinker (with a mechanical aptitude would be an advantage) and have a broad knowledge of customer service.  You will also need proven capability in the following:

• Computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite
• A proven quality customer service ethos
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• A solutions-based mindset and style of service delivery
• A building or fabricating background would also be advantageous
