We're currently looking for a special person to fill the all-important frontline Office Administrator role in our Beach Haven office.

This is a newly created position and duties will include:

  • Greeting customers at the front desk
  • Answering all calls into the office and dealing with them where possible, or passing to the appropriate person in a timely manner
  • Receipting and allocating rent and other payments
  • Processing water, maintenance and other invoices on a daily basis
  • Entering new properties and owners into our Gateway system (experience preferred but not essential - training is available)
    -Preparing management and tenant packs ready to go
  • Updating and printing relevant rental lists
  • Taking care of emails sent to the rental branch email in a timely and professional manner
  • Booking final water readings for vacating tenants
You will be the face of the team, the first person our landlords and tenants speak to when phoning or visiting the office, so your role is integral to the success we are heading towards.

Essential qualities required of the role include:

  • Confident computer skills including MS Office
  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • The ability to face every challenge with a positive attitude
  • Strong time management and high attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Friendly manner both in person and on the phone
  • Team player attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and go the extra mile
