We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team at our Otahuhu and Onehunga depots!
This fast-paced and dynamic role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in logistics, a strong administrative background and someone who thrives under pressure in a busy environment.
Your primary function will be to support the logistics team and assist in the process of the flow of containers throughout the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gating in and out of systems
- Reconciling bookings
- Directing and instructing within the depot ie. Hoist drivers and Truck drivers
- Assisting with driver enquiries
- maintaining information systems
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Flexibility as we may require you to change shifts from time to time
- A high attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
- Strong listening skills
- Positive can-do attitude with ability to demonstrate initiative
- Well-spoken and a strong communicator
Our site office is based at 20 Savill Drive, Otahuhu. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm and Saturdays from 7.00am to 12.00pm as rostered.
