Let’s cut to the chase – What you will need to show us in your application to secure an 
interview:

• Experience working within a call centre
• Experience within a dispatch area – Dispatching servicemen, opening work orders, tracking etc
• Knowledge of the electricity or utilities industry advantageous
• Drive and determination to ensure the required changes are made
• Confidence in putting forward your ideas to senior management
• Excellent geographical knowledge of New Zealand towns and their respective spelling

What does the role involve?

• Monitoring of fault service requests, assisting with call centre and administrative support requests.
• Multi support role across all Electricity Networks through NZ.
• Networking amongst important contacts.
• Maintaining inter-company procedures.
• Inbound Emergency response trained.
• In house Evacuation and Emergency backup.
• Following company policies and processes.
• Training and support within OM.
• Managing information flow within OM
• Rostered 4x 12hr shifts (2 days & 2 nights) between 0630-1830 & 1830-0630 with 4x RDO
