Reception/Administration

Our Lower Hutt Company has a full time position available for a Receptionist/Office Administration person. (Part time will also be considered)

You will be the first point of contact for customers so your friendly and positive attitude will be a real strength.  You will also be assisting with general administration duties as required. 

We’re looking for someone who has an eye for detail, is organised and enjoys working as part of a team.

Full training will be provided, however office admin experience is essential along with the ability to show initiative. 

Ideally you’ll have: 

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge
  • Fast accurate typing skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner, good communication skills and an aptitude in dealing with a wide range of clients
