The role

This is a great role with the Health Safety and Wellness team supporting the team by coordinating activities and helping to develop process enhancements.  This is a great opportunity to develop your Health Safety and Wellness knowledge in addition to your administrative, reporting and coordination skills.

This is a role that will see you managing the monthly dashboard report and staff incident reports, quarterly reports and managing the online reporting portal.  You will be responsible for day to day operational activities, and serve as the communication support for the team.

You will be exposed to, and a pivotal part of the Health Safety and Wellness team and will get the opportunity to develop skills and grow in this area

What you will bring

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience supporting a business advisory team (HR or Health and Safety an advantage)
  • Strong customer management and engagement skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to make things happen
  • The ability to progress business improvement initiatives
  • Good reporting and analytical skills
