You will enjoy being part of a committed customer care team who are proud to be responsible for delivering exceptional advice, service and products to everyday consumers throughout NZ. This role will see you take full responsibility for all administration functions in the organisation and support a team of 11 specialists.
Your busy and varied day will include:
- Supporting the clinical team with customer queries and product support
- Maintaining the CRM system and product order process
- Raising PO’s, compiling sales reports
- Stock control for product samples
- Back up support for the customer service team
This role will give you the opportunity to use your
