Our client is seeking an outstanding administrator with experience and knowledge of the Health and Safety sector, for a temporary role. This Manawatu based role is working in a manufacturing environment Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Reviewing company H&S policies and procedures
- Inputting and updating Hazard Management Systems
- Assisting with preparation of agenda for committee meetings
- Assisting with reports
- Liaising with Worksafe and ACC
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
- Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent user of the Microsoft office products
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work under pressure
