This role:

We currently have an opportunity to join our New Business team as a Fulfilment Officer. The purpose of this role is to finalise and issue all new business for Sovereign.

In this role you will work closely with the New Business Relationship Manager's and Underwriters to ensure that documentation is completed correctly and any issues are rectified in a timely manner. You will be working towards strict SLA's and have a high volume of work so it is critical that you have exceptional attention to detail and can work quickly. On a day to day basis you will be collating New Business applications, gathering missing documentation, and processing, loading and issuing policies.

You’d be joining a diverse team where you’d be supported and would have immense growth opportunities ahead of you.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will be a people's person who can communicate with key stakeholders to deliver superior customer service. You will also have:

  • An insurance environment and have had exposure to policy documentation.
  • Strong administrative skills within large corporate business
  • Ability and hunger to learn quickly and retain complex information as training will be given on the job
