Our client is a leader in the Retail industry, with a passion for service and presentation. Due to a busy period, they are in need of an excellent office administrator to jump on board.

Alongside your fantastic administration skills, they are after someone with a great personality and someone who can bring their own flare to the team.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Invoicing and assisting with back up accounts/payroll
  • General administration tasks
  • Answering phone calls

 

Skills & experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to think on your feet and take initiative
  • Confident with Word, Excel and typing
  • Flexible with taking on extra tasks and work as required

Ideally you will have also have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position and have a positive and flexible attitude.
