Student Services Centre Receptionist
This position commences immediately. It is a full-time position during school terms only.
Your strong inter-personal and administration skills will be put to full use on the reception of the Student Services Centre in the heart of the college. Your role supports the effective functioning of this environment, which deals mainly with the needs of students and staff, as well as the daily functions of this very exciting educational institute.
The position also involves you supporting other administrational tasks, including processing payments, word processing, general administration tasks, but most importantly of all, ensuring that the students, staff and families feel there is someone who is professional, warm and friendly and puts the student's needs at the college as their paramount priority.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must. Excellent communication ability and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Any prior experience working with educational student databases, such as KAMAR would be of advantage. Also of advantage would be knowledge or experience working with accounting software.
