We’re a unique environment where we have almost 400 users of the MedTech system nationally, so it’s imperative that we have an experienced MedTech Administrator to take responsibility for the administration of our MedTech Patient Management System to essure the integrity of our data.
Working in an engaged and motivated team, you will be handling MedTech enquiries and liaising with our external MedTech Support Vendor. Your role will be varied and will include database administration, quality assurance and staff training. In addition to this you will be responsible for submitting all ACC claims using a centralised system.
There is the opportunity to commence updating training material, to create user guides for Medtech users around the country. As this is a new role we see you being able to grow and own it, therefore you will be able to look for efficiencies and process improvements.
To be successful in this role you will first and foremost have experience using and ideally, administering MedTech or a similar Patient System, along with the ability to provide robust reporting through the extraction of data from MedTech. You will have previous experience developing and documenting processes and sound analytical and problem solving skills. In addition you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and bring a proactive, flexible and strong service focus.
