We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic person to join our sales team as systems implementation administrator located in our Christchurch office, 255 St Asaph Street.
The successful candidate must have:
- A positive, energetic and approachable attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and be a strong team player with a positive outlook.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- At least three years experience in the travel industry with online systems implementation experience.
- GDS experience.
- Experience in developing training plans and running training sessions.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the sales team.
- Responding to client enquiries.
- Ensuring in-house systems are maintained with accurate information and manage all paperwork.
- Supporting the office through rolling out new IT systems and platform projects.
- Review, analyse, and enhance the systems and services provided to maximise uptake and product efficiency.
