Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Director
- Providing administration support to the Sales Team
- Sales Management
- Event Management - Tracking overseas event activities and ensuring they are on target
- Take responsibility and competent to take the lead
General Responsibilities:
- Booking calendar meetings
- Following up with emails
- Tracking meetings and ensuring action plans are processed and progressing
- Understanding the recruitment process and creating a tight process to follow
- Reporting and driving results.
- Salesforce experience would be an advantage
- Must be confident with Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to communicate well via email or on the phone.
- Motivated
- Ability to Multi Task
- Must have good quality experience within an administration role
