Are you a hands-on person who loves being the 'go-to' person in the office and thrives on variety and assisting the team?
Our client is a well-known company who specialise in servicing wastewater treatment systems for residential and commercial customers throughout New Zealand. With operations based in Dairy Flat they are looking for a star administrator and coordinator to manage scheduling and services.
This role is a great mix of administration and coordination. Your duties will be varied and will include responsibility for service scheduling, customer call outs for jobs and other customer enquiries. You will be responsible for coordinating the service team and arranging travel booking and accommodation requirements. In addition, you will ensure correct and accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures.
For this role we are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will need strong people skills and enjoy being in a support role. Ideally, you will have experience in a service-type background (eg. Plumbers, electricians) where you have been coordinating technicians or trades-people.
