The Client
My client supports more than 2,000 businesses and commercial property owners in the growing East Tamaki/Highbrook business precinct. Due to recent internal changes, they are looking for a superstar all-rounder with solid administrative experience to join their supportive small team. The work environment is both professional and friendly, with opportunity for some flexible working.
The Role
You would be responsible for providing a high level of support to both the Communications and Operations Managers through a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following:
- Assisting all outside enquiries with a high level of customer service
- Updating and maintaining the current internal database
- Monitoring the email marketing platform
- Assisting with web editing and social media monitoring through various platforms
- Invoicing through Xero
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative capacity
- Fluency in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel
- Experience in working with various social media platforms
- Bright personality and high people skills
- High organisation-skills, efficiency, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and priority
