Hydraulink Fluid Connectors Ltd are in search of a skilled PA/EA type to support our CEO, Group HR & OD Manager and Group HSE Manager, providing professional high-quality administration and co-ordination services, as well as project assistance.
Hydraulink is a leading multinational hose and fittings brand with an extensive network in New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific and this is a great opportunity to be part of an established, fast growing business with nearly 70 years of experience and expertise.
This newly created position is a busy, varied and challenging role so you will need to possess excellent planning and time management skills, show initiative and be confident working to deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience gained in a PA level function, preferrably with exposure to Board related activities.
- Ideally HR adinistration experience including recruitment, onboarding and employee data management
- Minute taking skills, both for Management and Board Meetings.
- Proven and effective project support/coordination skills.A good understanding of information technology and its use as a management and operational tool.
- Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite, plus familiarity with desk top publishing and project management applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- A can-do attitude
The following experience would be desirable:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business and administration, HR or similar preferred.
- Five plus years' experience in a relevant field, e.g. HR Admin, Executive Admin, or Project Management.
- Knowledgeable of the functions of a CEO and Board, and ideally experienced providing support to both.
- Ideally a working knowledge of HR processes and legislative requirements.
