My client is looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.Experience with business processes and working in a professional office environment is essential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Look after client systems
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Attend client meetings taking notes/minutes
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant or similar role within a professional environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Experience with flowchart creation & management
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High presentability as the role is client facing
- Experience with NetSuite, MYOB, and/or Harmonic systems would be beneficial
- Honesty & integrity
