Our Administrator & Dispatcher role is responsible for dispatch customer services, dispatching drivers using GPS system and general office administration duties. The role is fast paced and busy and requires an energetic superstar who has a 'get stuff done' attitude, can handle pressure in a positive and calm manner and who is ready to join our team by hitting the ground running.

Role Responsibilities
• Dispatching drivers to according job specifications
• Customer Service – phone and front desk
• Maintain completion of daily tasks in the office
• Maintaining direct communication with office manager
• Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
• Time sheet administration and driver rosters
• General Administration duties: such as data entry and processing, filing

Essential Criteria
• Ability to take direction, forward thinking and move at a fast paste to complete tasks with detail and accuracy 
• Proactive problem solving skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask – this role is extremely busy! 
• Knowledge of Auckland Area
• Being a team player who accepts responsibility and accountability 
• Good computer skills with ability to enter data accurately
• Being responsible for the front desk and phones. Being one of the faces and voices of our company, it is imperative you are able to communicate in a friendly positive manner to clients and team members
• Excellent spoken English with exceptional phone manner  
• Own transport required to get to and from office

This full time position is based at our head office, close to the southern motorway and Sylvia Park. Securing parking included in package.
