We are looking for a switched on and bright administrator with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service who can bring their attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and their ability to work autonomously.
A truly fulfilling role; you will be fully responsible for providing key coordinator and administration support to Training advisers. This will heavily involve vast communication with the internal team, clients and candidates. This is an all-encompassing role and will involve duties across reporting, diary management, travel and accommodation booking. In addition, you will be responsible for database management, preparing documents, processing training agreements, monitoring targets and processes.
You will be driven by developing relationships, bringing new ideas and using your initiative. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, a thought leader and who can showcase their business understanding and communication skills.
