We're on the look-out for an experienced Learning Support Coordinator for a 4 week temporary assignment with an immediate start. 

The role would suit a friendly and confident person with a professional manner, both in person and over the telephone. We are looking for someone who can offer proactive service to their team.

The role entails:

• proactively managing incoming telephone calls, taking action or escalating requests and issues;
• managing and organising the delivery of learning solutions;
• providing reports and data analysis as required;
• leading or assisting with projects and one-off initiatives from time to time

To be successful in this role you will have:

• experience in an administrative / customer service position
• advanced knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
• ability to manage tight timelines
• Learning Management System experience, particularly in Totara
