The role would suit a friendly and confident person with a professional manner, both in person and over the telephone. We are looking for someone who can offer proactive service to their team.
The role entails:
- proactively managing incoming telephone calls, taking action or escalating requests and issues;
- managing and organising the delivery of learning solutions;
- providing reports and data analysis as required;
- leading or assisting with projects and one-off initiatives from time to time
- experience in an administrative / customer service position
- advanced knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage tight timelines
- Learning Management System experience, particularly in Totara
