Operations Administrator
Pacific Coilcoaters pioneered pre-painted steel in New Zealand, and our pre-painted metals products are now market leaders. We also export significant volumes of our product ColorCote® to Australia and the Pacific region each year. ColorCote® products use the most technologically advanced coating systems and are available on either steel or aluminium substrates to suit the most innovative architectural designs and demanding environments.
Thanks to growing business we need someone who has a great attitude & experience with administration duties to support our Operations Manager and daily production activities. Based on Great South road, the edge of Penrose & Otahuhu, this position is ideal for people wanting to start their career in production operations by getting a solid grounding in administration fundamentals.
The role:
- Working closely with Production, H&S and Quality Control teams covering administration duties
- Being a H&S leader, supporting H&S compliance
- Data entry & updating standard operating procedures
- Providing support to the operations manager & ad-hoc reporting to the business
