The Collaboration Coordinator role is responsible for supporting Executive Groups both National and Central Region by providing a range of coordination and documentation support to ensure the smooth preparation and running of their regular meetings.


Requirements


The role is responsible for providing efficent, high quality coordination and secretariat support to assist in the day to day operations of designated team/s. The position also provides a professional interface between TAS and its internal and external stakeholders, supports project work across various teams and provides support to the wider organisation at times of high workload, as required.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent written skills and experience at taking minutes and following up of actions, as well as the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships. You will also be someone who is great atproject planning, coordinating, using systems, and willing to step in and help your team when times get tough. Being well organised and able to set priorities to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining an eye for detail are vital to this role.
