About the role
We are on the lookout for an outgoing, well presented and capable Receptionist to manage front of house duties based at our Support Office in Newmarket . You'll be responsible for greeting all visitors, redirecting phone queries, handling requests calmly and efficiently, coordinating meeting room bookings and carparks, ordering office supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail and undertaking other general administrative duties including dedicated support to our Learning and Development Manager during your working week.
This is a full time role working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate for this role will have
- Previous reception/administration or coordinator experience, preferably in a medium/large organisation
- Intermediate or above Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel knowledge
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A qualification in administration/business or similar is desired.
- You will need to be highly flexible, have excellent time management and organisational skills but most importantly, your personal values must align with the company values of respect, passion, teamwork and integrity.
