Our Kumeu Branch is looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join the team! This will be an entry level position supporting a team of brokers with general ad hoc administration, being the face and voice of the branch and ensuring the office is run smoothly.  

You will join a close-knit team with lots of knowledge to share. This role will offer you excellent learning opportunities and career progression when you’re ready to take on more challenges. 

We are looking for someone with the right attitude and ability to learn and deliver a high-quality customer service experience. Your attitude and presentation skills are key. This role will offer variety and exposure to a wide range of activities where no two days will be the same.

This is a full-time position, 8.30 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. 

  • Furthermore, we are looking for someone with: 
  • Ideally proven work experience in customer service, retail or administration 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy and competency with the Microsoft Suite
  • Experience working in a client facing environment
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
