We have three vacancies in our ground staff casual pool. Usually work is six hour shifts and a staff member can expect to be called out about six days per month. These roles would suit young people interested in agriculture, horticulture, turf management, machinery use and maintenance, workplace health and safety. Our Racecourse Superintendent provides staff training and, if you have an eye on a turf management career, ongoing guidance. You will need to display a 'Can do! Will do!' attitude.
