Equine Coordinator

We are looking for an equine coordinator experienced in managing a team of horses.

You will be responsible for the overall management of our team of 12 horses and duties could include.

  • Preparation of horses for riding sessions
  • Training and schooling of RDA horses
  • Maintaining paddocking, feeding, horse health requirements
  • Documenting work rates for the horses
  • Clipping the horses as required
  • Assisting with RDA sessions as required
  • Assisting with school holiday initiatives as required
  • Overseeing stables and facilities

For this position you must have horsemanship skills of a high standard with relevant experience in a multi horse facility both maintaining and training horses. Qualifications would be an advantage although not essential.

This position requires someone who is flexible and easily adapts to change. You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team.

Hours Monday to Friday mornings.
