At Unity4 we work together to deliver results for our clients and to ensure success on their campaigns. This client management role is responsible for acting the point of contact for your client portfolio from the initial set up of the campaigns and throughout the campaign lifecycle, you will also be an integral part in developing and managing those relationships. This role could be a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and experienced Client Service Manager or Account Handler to join our Unity4 team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for your clients
  • Ascertain the needs and the requirements of your clients through initial and ongoing communication
  • Ensure your clients are informed of campaign results and progress
  • Have a thorough understanding of how each client campaign is performing to its stated targets
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to define what is required and ensure appropriate and timely implementation
  • Facilitate regular client meetings
  • Provide your clients with strategic advice on the development of their campaigns
  • Look for new opportunities within the existing client base
  • Some travel to Sydney and Auckland will be required

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience and success in a client facing role
  • Motivation and get-go to effectively work remotely
  • Understanding of telefundraising desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Sound commercial acumen

This is a full-time role base in Wellington with an immediate start available for the right applicant. First interviews will be conducted by skype and second interviews conducted in Wellington. Please note all candidates should hold current working rights/residency in New Zealand.
