The Faculty of Agribusiness and Commerce at Lincoln University is looking for lecturers/senior lecturers to join our well-established and highly regarded programmes in agricultural systems management. We are planning to further develop our strengths in research and teaching in this discipline.
At Lincoln University, agricultural systems management is a discipline that integrates business management with agricultural, engineering, environmental and social sciences into a systems framework. As well as economic performance, agricultural systems management must now address increasingly demanding standards of environmental integrity, and social responsibility.
As a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer your core responsibilities will include:
- initiating, developing and conducting high quality research, collaborating with others inside and outside the University;
- advancing and enhancing the teaching and supervision of diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate students, and;
- contributing to the wider functioning of the University.
We are interested in hearing from you if you have a relevant PhD qualification and experience in farm/agriculture business management, agricultural systems management or agribusiness. Experience in teaching and supervision at a tertiary level are desirable, as well as ability to do research.
