ABOUT THE ROLE

Successful financial services company based in Auckland CBD seek experienced Finance Administrator to join their busy team! The primary focus of the role is to provide effective credit management and administration support to the company’s clients.
  
DUTIES
  • Credit management on payment arrears
  • Loading new agreements
  • Preparing and sending finance agreements to clients
  • Liaising with clients regarding direct debit etc
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Previous financial services experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Intermediate word and excel
  • High attention to detail and able to self-manage
  • Previous arrears experience and basic accounting admin highly regarded
