Be Interested:
- The Auckland team have a busy pipeline and are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to lead the execution of M&A Advisory mandates and join a well-respected team.
Be Exceptional:
- You will get involved in the following:
- M&A process management and overall day-to-day execution lead
- Information Memorandum drafting, valuation advice / financial modelling, buyer research, preparation of pitch materials (and co-leading pitch delivery), negotiation and overall M&A process management
- Client relationship management
- Flexible and encouraging environment to develop origination capabilities
Be KPMG:
- 4-8 years of corporate finance / investment banking / advisory experience
- Ability to develop a trusted and respected working relationship with clients
- Creative thinker and team player
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Collaborative approach with colleagues
- Self-starter and proactive working style with ability to deliver
- Experience coaching, leading and mentoring junior team members
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Postgraduate studies / CFA / or equivalent well received
