Be Interested:

  • The Auckland team have a busy pipeline and are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to lead the execution of M&A Advisory mandates and join a well-respected team. 

Be Exceptional:

  • You will get involved in the following:
    • M&A process management and overall day-to-day execution lead
    • Information Memorandum drafting, valuation advice / financial modelling, buyer research, preparation of pitch materials (and co-leading pitch delivery), negotiation and overall M&A process management
    • Client relationship management
    • Flexible and encouraging environment to develop origination capabilities

Be KPMG:

  • 4-8 years of corporate finance / investment banking / advisory experience
  • Ability to develop a trusted and respected working relationship with clients
  • Creative thinker and team player
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Collaborative approach with colleagues
  • Self-starter and proactive working style with ability to deliver
  • Experience coaching, leading and mentoring junior team members

  • Postgraduate studies / CFA / or equivalent well received
