Your main responsibilities
- Train new customers on the use of our research platforms and other products, while providing improvement suggestions to the training offered to customers.
- Assist with retention of customers by providing refresher training and ensuring customer has maximum understanding of our systems.
- Conduct territory blitzes in conjunction with the field sales team.
- Assist with product demonstrations at Sales Seminars and Conferences.
- Provide weekly and monthly activity and attendance reports to National Training Coordinator.
- Assist with Competitor Analysis and research.
Your experience and background
- Two years’ experience in a training role and/or sales role and passionate about hitting targets and delivering results.
- Relevant qualification or degree highly regarded.
- Ability to work autonomously and to think on your feet.
- Experience in a similar role and/or telesales.
- You must have a driver’s license and your own car.
