Your main responsibilities

  • Train new customers on the use of our research platforms and other products, while providing improvement suggestions to the training offered to customers.
  • Assist with retention of customers by providing refresher training and ensuring customer has maximum understanding of our systems.
  • Conduct territory blitzes in conjunction with the field sales team.
  • Assist with product demonstrations at Sales Seminars and Conferences.
  • Provide weekly and monthly activity and attendance reports to National Training Coordinator.
  • Assist with Competitor Analysis and research.

 

Your experience and background

  • Two years’ experience in a training role and/or sales role and passionate about hitting targets and delivering results. 
  • Relevant qualification or degree highly regarded.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to think on your feet.
  • Experience in a similar role and/or telesales.
  • You must have a driver’s license and your own car.
