Student Services Transformation
Kelburn Campus

Victoria University is embarking on a transformation as it looks to review and redesign its student services to ensure they are streamlined, integrated and meet the needs of its diverse student population. Reporting to the Director, Student Services Transformation, the Change Manager will be responsible for the management of the people side of change as Victoria transitions to a future organisational state.

This role will appeal to a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivering transformation and change management projects across complex, large scale organisations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • experience in current HR practices and processes
  • experience in implementing change strategies and solutions, and seeing positive outcomes
  • experience of working alongside people to introduce and manage change
  • an ability to develop and sustain relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders
  • an ability to use a diverse range of communication channels
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • experience in training and the delivery of workshops
  • an understanding of programme and project management lifecycles and methodologies ('design thinking' would be an advantage)
  • strong leadership skills.
