Ideally you will have had previous experience in the freight / courier / transport industry and have a broad knowledge of how this works.
You will have excellent customer service skills both over the phone and via email.
You will also have great time management skills and be able to prioritise work effectively and efficiently.
We are looking for someone that is serious about their career and wants to progress into a more senior role in the future.
Ideally you can start ASAP or with a maximum of 2 weeks notice.
