Move to the picturesque rolling mountainside of Tumbarumba where you will be surrounded by natural bushland, and crystal-clear streams.  

Due to internal career progression an opportunity exists for an engaging and experienced Operations Manager to join our Tumbarumba site on a full-time permanent basis. Your focus will be leading our large production team as well as developing Supervisors and Team Leaders to encourage a safe, trusting and collaborative work environment.

The successful person will have the following

• Strong track record of leadership abilities in delivering business outcomes within a manufacturing oriented environment.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish collaborative business partnerships and positively influence and negotiate with others to achieve significant business outcomes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement innovative approaches to optimising manufacturing performance and service delivery targets and priorities.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
